Are the prices mentioned inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of taxes.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we do selectively charge shipping on our products, though it is always only a part of the actual shipping cost. We understand that our products are fragile and at times perishable and we wouldn’t want to compromise on the quality of shipping. Orders above Rs 1500 qualify for free shipping. Our extra-large planters are an exception because of the big size, and there would be a shipping charge of Rs 199 on them irrespective of the invoice value.
What payment options do you accept?
You can choose from multiple payment options such as net banking, credit card, debit card payment or online wallets. We do not have the option of COD yet.
What should I do if I’m facing a problem in placing an order or facing a technical issue?

Do you take bulk or customized orders?
We do take bulk orders depending on the product and quantity. However, since all our products are hand-made, we would require a longer time for delivery of such orders. We can also customize the plants of your choice with planters. Please reach out to us with your exact requirement and we will get back with details.
