  • All our products are individually quality-checked for any defects or damages. We also ensure that we pack each item well so that there is minimum chance of breakage during transit.

  • However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective piece, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will address your concerns.

  • For most such cases of damage in transit or manufacturing defect, we resend the item or refund the money paid. However, such issues are handled on a case-to-case basis, and the final decision on returns & refunds would rest with Thorny Affair.

  • In case you receive an incorrect product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will have it picked up and resend the correct product.

  • Our return policy covers defective, damaged & incorrect products only.


  • In case you change your mind about your order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing a request. There will be no deductions and the entire amount would be refunded to you.

  • For cancellation requests after 24 hours, we can still consider it if we have not specifically procured the piece or shipped it from our end. Please get in touch with us and we will try to help you as best as we can.

  • We cannot cancel an order once the product is procured or dispatched for delivery from our end.
